Name
Prosecco Doc Treviso

100% Glera
Production zone
The vineyard is located in Vittorio Veneto adjacent to our company at the foot of the Pre-Alps and on the left bank of the Meschio river. Lives bred in Guyot and Sylvoz placed on a predominantly limestone soil.
Vinification
Mechanical harvesting is done after the second half of August. The harvested grapes are pressed and subjected to soft pressing. After the decantation of the flower must, fermentation is carried out in steel tanks. After a series of transfers, re-fermentation is carried out with the Charmat Method in autoclave and then bottling.
Tasting notes
Fresh fruity wine with apple memories, floral notes of acacia and elegant flavour. With a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Excellent as an appetiser, perfect with all our cold cuts.

A natural treatment
for a special wine
The balance of Glera: vineyards nourished by the Meschio between tradition and sustainability.
In Prati di Meschio, the cultivation of Glera grapes for the production of Prosecco DOC Brut has been followed with great attention at every stage, enhancing both agricultural traditions and respect for the environment. The vineyards, located in the land near the Meschio river, benefit from its pure waters that, passing next to the rows, contribute sustainably to irrigation, reducing the need for additional water resources. This balance between man, land and natural resources helps ensure a high quality harvest, respecting the delicate local ecosystem. The result is a Prosecco DOC Brut that tells the deep bond with the territory and the artisanal care that accompanies every harvest.

A design that celebrates strength and tradition
Embossing and dark tones tell the identity of a strong wine, rooted in the work in the fields and in the bond with the territory.
The Brut label has a design with an intense and pragmatic imprint. The dark tones, with a plum heart that recalls the depth of the wine, and a black exterior symbolise the strength and character of the work in the fields. The embossed paper, which simulates the furrows of the plowed fields, evokes the daily commitment of farmers. Together, these graphic elements tell the personality of a strong and refined wine, perfect for important moments. The pig, symbol of the company, appears on the same label, rooted in the earth, as if to symbolise the deep bond with the territory and the agricultural tradition.
