Our wines

2 bottiglie di vino sul prato in mezzo ad una vigna

Our Prosecco D.O.C. are born from grapes in the D.O.C. Treviso area bred with Sylvoz and Guyot methods.

The fresh and lively Brut Millesimato with its dry and clean flavour accompanied by a fine and persistent bubble. And the fruity Rosé Extra Dry Millesimato balanced by a good acidity and a lively bubble. To these is added the “Fondon”, our traditional sparkling wine, protagonist of the typical Venetian “marenda”: sopressa and wine with the bottom.

We take care
of our wines

From the selection of grapes to the time of bottling, every phase of the production of Prati di Meschio wines is followed with attention and dedication.

We cultivate our vineyards respecting the natural rhythms, using traditional methods and advanced technologies to preserve quality and freshness. The winemaking is done with rigour and respect for the times, so as to enhance the unique characteristics of each harvest. Finally, the fermentation and bottling process is carried out with precision, ensuring that each bottle expresses the essence of our territory.

A dip
into tradition

From a summer place to a fresh and sparkling wine. That’s how the Fondon is born.

The term “Fondon” brings to mind the evocative natural pools and the deepest corners of the Meschio river, near the springs in the Val Lapisina area. In the past, these cool waters were the summer hangout for the kids in the area, who dived into the pools to refresh themselves on the hottest days.

Fondon is a wine “col fondo”, a sparkling white with natural re-fermentation in the bottle. First fermentation in steel barrel and the second takes place directly in the bottle.
