Prosecco Doc Rosé
Spumante Extra Dry
Millesimato
Prosecco millesimato obtained from grapes from the D.O.C. area and bred with the Sylvoz and Guyot methods. An unexpected delicacy is born from the rough country work.
Name
Prosecco Doc Treviso
Grapes
85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero
Production zone
The vineyard is located in Vittorio Veneto, adjacent to our company, at the foot of the Pre-Alps and on the left bank of the Meschio river.
Vinification
Mechanical harvesting is done after the second half of August. The harvested grapes are pressed and subjected to soft pressing. After decanting, the flower must is fermented in steel tanks. After a series of transfers, re-fermentation is carried out with the Charmat Method along the bottling.
Tasting notes
Bubble with a bright pink colour, elegant and harmonious bouquet of red fruits.

The perfect toast for your special moments
Light and refined, elegant and fresh. The ideal choice to celebrate together in style.
The Prosecco DOC Rosé Sparkling Wine Extra Dry Millesimato of Prati di Meschio is perfect for celebrating special moments, adding a touch of elegance and freshness to toasts. With its bright pink colour and fine bubbles, it is ideal to accompany parties, aperitifs or convivial occasions.
Its versatility lends itself well both to a toast of effect and to a light and refined combination, giving a fresh and lively sip that enhances every occasion. Its floral and fruity bouquet enriches the atmosphere, making each glass an invitation to celebrate together.

The pleasure of taste
and sight
A design that combines the strength of labour in the fields and the delicacy of wine.
The Rosé label proposes in negative the original design of the Prosecco Brut where the dark tones recall the hard work in the fields in contrast to a choice of delicate pinkish tones that glow at the natural shade of the Prosecco Rosé. Together they tell the identity of a fresh and versatile wine, perfect for every occasion. The graphic elements take up the pig, the distinctive symbol of the company, intent on snawing over the same label as in an agricultural lawn adjacent to cultivated fields.
