The vineyard is located in Vittorio Veneto, adjacent to our company, at the foot of the Pre-Alps and on the left bank of the Meschio river.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Vinificazione<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Mechanical harvesting is done after the second half of August. The harvested grapes are pressed and subjected to soft pressing. After decanting, the flower must is fermented in steel tanks. After a series of transfers, re-fermentation is carried out with the Charmat Method along the bottling.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
