All of our cured meat products are made only from our pigs raised on our farm, according to the protocol of the Small Local Productions (PPL) of the Veneto region. The ingredients are pig meat, salt, pepper, sparkling white wine, and natural aromas such as garlic, cinnamon, and cloves.
